Place lobster pieces into the cream and cheese mixture and toss, save 1/4 for the top. Add in the par baked pasta, thyme, along with salt and pepper. Put the macaroni and cheese in a casserole dish, top with saved lobster, then with saved cheese. Sprinkle with green onions. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, until golden on top. Bring a stock pan of water and salt to a boil and cook pasta. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add flour and cook, making sure to stir constantly to make a roux. Stir until golden brown for about 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and continue to stir constantly. Stir Cheddar cheese soup, Cheddar cheese, and milk together in a bowl. Stir pasta, bacon, and lobster into soup mixture. Pour pasta mixture into a 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter together in a separate bowl; sprinkle over pasta mixture.
